Brian joins Alex this week to talk about the sub-brand trend, where automakers create families out of popular model lines. Toyota tried and failed with the Prius, Land Rover tried and massively succeeded with the Range Rover. GM seems to be considering going all-in with Camaro, Corvette and Escalade sub-brands. Should that be considered overkill, or are brands like Jeep and Ford onto something with this?
